Protein Shakes
Why is protein important? The body needs protein to build and rebuild muscle tissue and to produce enzymes. Muscle routinely breaks down after exercise. Active people need to supply their bodies with the right kind of protein for muscle to recover fully. Milk has that kind of protein.
